“The work performed today was outstanding. Affordable Septic Service resolved a problem that I have had to deal with for some time. The septic pump that was previously installed was to small and never had a check valve installed. Secondly the company that performed the previous service did not apply lid back on pump tank which resulted in additional water coming into tank from outside (ground).
Affordable Septic Service, LLC responded immediately to my call of yesterday morning and scheduled a crew at my home for this morning when I was there. Confirmed that pump tank had overflowed and pump installed in tank was not operating. Pumped out all water in tank, replaced old pump with new and larger one, sealed top of pump tank properly, and replaced dirt over area neatly and cleaned up before leaving. James (foreman) was very professional and diligent in his work along with Bobby."
